Clean water, healthy Southern Rock Lobster.

As we are inland in beautiful Longley, you might think salt water would be an issue. However, we saw it as an opportunity to design a fully enclosed recirculating marine aquaculture system where water quality, temperature and stocking density are an utmost priority in order to maintain and deliver our premium products, while minimising our environmental impact.

The fishermen.

We know the origin of our produce increasingly matters to our customers. There are roughly 165 commercial Southern Rock Lobster fishermen around Tasmania, with a total catch limit of just over 1000 tonnes. In global terms we are dealing with a small amount of product on a very niche basis. Every fish we export is segregated and can be traced back to a specific date, time, place and fishermen.
