Proud global seafood exporters.

We are proud to export our live Southern Rock Lobster, Wrasse and Red Banded Morwong to private clients and wholesalers across many parts of the world including Australia, USA, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and beyond.

It’s quite the thrill to know our fish is the centrepiece of an official event or significant celebration like a wedding.

Southern Rock Lobster

Our Southern Rock Lobsters are quota managed, sustainably sourced from the pristine Southern Ocean surrounding Tasmania. Its colour can range from a deep purple to red, orange to a yellow white. Their colouring is almost a colour chart indicating the depth that they were harvested from, the whiter they are the deeper they live. But regardless of colour or depth, when prepared properly, its flesh is firm, rich and slightly sweet and known worldwide as the best.
Wrasse

Wrasse vary in colours from rainbow to a plain black. Sometimes reaching up to 50cm in length, wrasse offer a firm, flaky and oily white flesh that eats best when cooked in a way as to induce flavours to your liking.
Red Banded Morwong

Its colour leaves an impression. Our Red Banded Morwong are quota managed with a minimum and maximum size limit. Sustainably sourced from the pristine inshore reefs surrounding Tasmania. They grow to 70cm but are only legally caught between 36cm (min) – 46cm (max). Morwongs have a creamy flesh with a distinctive flavour and are exceptional when steamed or deep-fried whole.
